Mandarin House

I was struggling to find somewhere to eat while fasting and was referred to The Mandarin House by the Noble dentist office. I'm so glad I gave it a try! I ordered the chicken with white rice and broccoli and it was absolutely delicious - just like great quality Chinese food should be. The atmosphere at the restaurant was unique and inviting. It felt like nobody was working, but everyone was living and enjoying their time there. It's clear that the staff takes great pride in their work and the food they serve. Overall, I had a great experience at The Mandarin House and would highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for some fantastic Chinese food. Make sure to check it out!

I’m always nervous to try new places when i’m doing delivery, especially with doordash’s crazy prices… But I took a chance with this restaurant due to the great reviews! I feel the portions were very fair for the original prices and all of the food was good, or great. (I’ve had more flavorful takeout rice, but really enjoyed the orange chicken!) I can tell the crab rangoon would have been perfection if I had gotten pickup/fresh 👌 We will definitely have to try some more stuff from here

The meal was so delicious. I love Asian food. The portion pretty much a lot. Their service was nice. Definitely will come next time. Highly recommended for those love Asian foods.

Ordered on DoorDash. Everything was correct about our order. The coconut shrimp is so good and so hard to find. So I will definitely be reordering from there. Please don’t ever stop selling it 💕

Food was great! I ordered ahead online and apparently I made it for the wrong time but when I arrived they said they’d get it whipped up! Very timely and great taste!

The vegetables were so fresh, the sauces where pretty good. We tried 5 different dishes. They were all pretty good. It was definitely take out. We just moved here from Tokyo so we wanted some place close for take out and this place was good. If you live nearby, do not hesitate to try it. The dining area is nice and quiet. Simple and clean.

I place my orders online for this location and they always have it ready on time. Delicious food worth the price.

I'm so glad this place survived covid!!!!! This was my go-to spot when I lived in Tempe, I ordered from here at least once a month for 1.5 years. I havent been here in almost 5 years due to moving out the state, but since I moved back I have been dying for some good Chinese food on my new side of town (I havent yet to find any)....I happened to be in Tempe today and ordered some food to go. It's just as good as it was 5 years ago! Great flavor. Food isn't greasy or salty or loaded with MSG. Serving sizes are good. They PACK your to-go boxes as much as they can. The staples are always a good bet - chow mein, fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, orange chicken etc.

This is not a fancy restaurant where you can impress your date. This is a place for good Chinese food. While I had lunch there, a lot more go to orders where prepared and picked up, then there were dinners in the restaurant.
